This is the first winter with our rabbit could you please tell when i should think about bringing it in from the cold. ?

Domestic rabbits that are used to living outdoors do become pretty hardy to weather conditions. But it is a good idea to bring them indoors over the winter be it in a shed or the owners home.

If in a shed, care must be taken to still give the bunny extra bedding and check water bottles for freezing during a really cold spell.

If it is in the owners home, care must be taken as to where its living area is. Becoming too hot can be as much of a danger to the rabbit as being too cold, so don't place it near any radiators etc. Bringing a rabbit indoors who is used to the outdoors is a lot different from a Bunny who lives in doors all year round.

Regards the time to bring the Bunny inside. Probably as soon as any frosts in the area are predicted, or gales or heavy rain.
